You think because you can run real fast that you’re invincible? You’re not.
You never judge your kids for who they are now. You help them become who they know they can be when they grow up.
You can’t just protect the people you think are good. You have to protect everyone. That’s what heroes do.
We don’t make the choice to die. We would never choose to do that. But when we hear the call of duty, we’re willing to make that sacrifice.
Unlike facts, feelings can be fallible.
Thinking you’re invincible isn’t any kind of armor.
That’s what a family does. They put up with each other and they put each other first, before ourselves.
