The women that I work with, I don’t know, some of them… They’re just lonely, you know? You know, they’re sad. Some are a little angry, a little frustrated. Some are bored. Some are just busy. It’s my job to really see them, and if I can, I try to get them to open up a little bit.
Since I was a kid, I could always just be this other guy. You know, this guy who isn’t scared. He can take anything. You can’t hurt him. I put on the clothes, I put on the shoes, and I can just be him. And he does what he’s gotta do. I jump in the water and I wash him off, and then I get to be me.[to Michelle]
