We are reaching the stage where the problems that we must solve are going to become insoluble without computers. I do not fear computers. I fear the lack of them.
We are living in a computer-programmed reality, and the only clue we have to it is when some variable is changed, and some alteration in reality occurs. We have the overwhelming impression that we were reliving the present – deja vu.
Considering what human beings do and have done to human beings (and to other living things as well) without computers, I can never imagine what the devil people think computers can add to the horrors.
[Speaking of computers] But they are useless. They can only give you answers.
