Sanity is simply the ability of the mind to adjust to reality. If we can’t adjust, we either hide from reality, or we put our selves above life, where we’re super-beings who don’t have to follow the rules.
No man is an island. What happens to one, happens to us all, for we are all made of clay and stardust. We share the same moments of time. The universal second hand starts its unforgiving sweep toward the next minute.
Modus operandi. People fall into habit patterns. If they do something one way the first time, chances are they’ll keep doing it the same.
You see, people have got it wrong. It’s not who you know, it’s what you know about who you know. Everybody’s got a little skeleton buried somewhere. All you have to do is dig it up, and you’ll be surprised how glad they’ll be to help you with whatever you need.
You put up buildings and borrow on them. It’s like a pyramid, only if you’re not careful, that pyramid can fall down.
You know, it’s not fair. Women are judged inferior until we prove ourselves, and men are judged superior until they prove what assholes they are.
You have two choices. you can keep running and hiding and blaming the world for your problems, or you can stand up for yourself and decide to be somebody important.
